Hey friends. As many of you know, I’ve been workin on my fitness and recently got certified as a personal trainer and also as an aerobics instructor, what? It’s true. Why haven’t I been sharing this journey with you here on the BFF? I dunno. So sorry. Am a dunce.

So this Sunday I’m running a free intenSati class in Williamsburg and I’m soooo excited to get as much practice as possible. Won’t you pls join me?

Wait a darn second tho… What is intenSati??? This is the aerobics class I take at Equinox that basically changed my life. Yeah I said it!

It’s unlike anything I had done before and I believe you’ll find it very special as well. Maybe you’ll hate it, maybe you’ll love it. Either way you’d b helping this guy out just by showing up. Fredflare friends and co-workers past and present… Take a look at the address. The spot is literally across the street from FF’s very first office. Seemed like a good sign to me.

Pls come early and be ready to workout. Sweats, gym shoes, bottle of water, that kind of thing. WE WILL START PROMPTLY AT 6PM. I don’t believe the space has showers or much in the way of changing rooms, but there are two bathrooms. Pls come prepared! That would b fun.

Really looking forward to seeing all of you and rocking out. I’ll try and share more fitness stuff here, if y’all interested.
