In all my years doing these ecards I don’t believe we have ever done a WHITE story, isn’t that funny? Well, maybe not. To be honest, we generally shy away from white items on the FF cuz it’s hard to showcase ‘em to their full potential since there’s already so much whitespace on the site.
But this season we just kept discovering genius white home items, often fancy porcelain versions of everyday things, so we just went with it. Believe you me, this year I am defs dreaming of a WHITE Christmas… Hope you are too:)

Really excited to debut this new video of our tour of Jonathan Adler’s design studio. Hope you like it! Jonathan is such a supertalent as well as a super nice guy. Getting in the spirit of Halloween today with this bewitching ecard celebrating the dark side of cute… I’ve done a few of these over the years pulling together all the black items on FF and I’m always pleased with the results. Black just always looks cool. My fave here is probably that faux fur Isabelle coat. It’s actually named after one of CJ’s grandmas who always wore fur, ha! Wish I could have met her.

Okay, remember last week when I promised some super surprise celebrity guests at our charity brunch with Jonathan Adler? I couldn’t say for sure cuz I wasn’t 100% positive but my dream came true and Parker Posey joined us! Oh wow I love that girl sooooo much! Was really a wonderful day. Early in the morn before brunch we shot a new episode of the FF show over at Jonathan’s studio so I can’t WAIT for you to see that as well. In the meantime, here’s just a little clip from the brunch. I gave like a toast and whoa, I was sooo nervous. Chris took the coffee cup out of my hands cuz I was shaking so much, ha!

Then Wednesday we went all fashion-y highlighting the best of the season with affordable fashion under $75. Today we’re groovin’ on the goofy side of FF with kitschy novelty home items + yummy food! Am dying for those bacon choc chip pancakes right NOW you have no idea… What’s coming next week? Honesty, I have no idea! Happy Wednesday! Hope things are going good. We have been sooooo bizzy here at the FF… Lots of cute new things keep arriving and we’re getting ready (and SO excited, btw!) for the charity brunch with Jonathan Adler (There are still ten tix left so defs try and grab one here. Really excited to announce this fun project I’ve been working on here at the FF… This coming Saturday, Oct 24th we are hosting our first-ever CHARITY BRUNCH! I got this idea after that amazing brunch we hosted with the superbloggers of the Weardrobe Conference. That was such a fun event and it got me thinking, I’d really like to do more of these kinds of things… So, here we GO!
