I traveled back to the good old Midwest for the New Year and the snow seriously dumped all over us.
The snow was totally gorgeous but COLD. I found all sorts of ways to keep warm. I visited a local meadery (yes, a meadery) and my friend’s new brewery.

We have been having a pretty mild winter in NYC thus far. I’m waiting for that first real snowfall where the city is completely transformed, especially in Central Park. Every winter I drag a few of my friends out for a winter adventure through the park. The key to staying warm is always a good pair of boots and a warm coat. Of course, this being New York you have to make sure that your winter weather gear is functional and hella stylish.
