Last week’s NY mag had an article about one of my fave foods in the world… cheeseburgers! NY is a great burger town, in my opinion, and CJ & I make it our personal mission to take in all it has to offer! I would say our favorite cheeseburger is at Florent on Ganesvoort. What’s yours? Ummmm, and has anyone been to that Burgers & Cupcakes place on 23rd? That sounds yum!

OMG, I’m so excited for the new season of Weeds on Showtime that I can hardly stand it. It premieres on Monday, August 13th at 10PM and I just put it in my calendar… Is that weird? I wonder what’s gonna happen with Nancy this season? I mean the last time we saw her, she was drinking a Diet Coke and had like 6 gunz pointed in her face. I’m also totes beside myself to see Mary-Kate’s episodes! This is such a jeanz move for MaK to do something to edgy, fun! Speaking of edgy fun, check out these pix of MaK leaving the set of Weeds! Get this! Parz just nabbed herself a role in a rock opera, of all things! It’s a futuristic rock musical called Repo! The Genetic Opera. I kid you not! It’s a musical film set in 2056 about trying to find an expensive organ transplant needed to repopulate the earth after the plague. Hmmm, I love sci-fi, I love musicals and I love Parz… Looks like I’ll be Fandango’ing this doozy! I wonder want her big number will be? How ’bout “If I Only Had a Brain”? Kidding, love you Parz!

It’s offish, peeps! The Britterz and KFed divorce officially went thru yesterday… The marriage is no more! Oh, didn’t those kidz almost have it all? Now poor Sean Preston and Jayden James will be split in half as Britterz and FedEx got 50/50 joint custody. Yeah, I feel good about that?!? Solid parenting there! I also found out that FedEx is getting $15,000 a month for child support and $20,000 a month for spousal support which will end in November. Cha-ching! I swear, I think that Britterz plans all this crazy shet every day to keep her in the spotlight… She seem totes crazy, but I think she knows exactly what’s she’s doing. Let’s hope so anyway!

Happy Monz! How’s it goin’? Are you as freaked out as I am that it’s almost August already? How did this happen? I was hanging out w/ CJ this weekend and one night we were drinking beers and were kinda like, Awww, summer’s over! School starts for tons of peeps in a few weeks, I can hardly believe it.
Well, of course it’s sad to see the season go but getting ready for school is oddly exciting too, right? Gosh, I remember the first time I went to college I hardly slept for like three weeks cuz I was so EXCITED about my new life, ha ha ha! Am curious, do we have any readers heading to university for the first time? Where are ya going? And best of luck to ya!

Well, Keith and I have been doing pretty good in July catching all the big blockbusters… Still have to see Pirates and Transformers… But this weekend we caught the newest, hottest premiere, The Simpsons Movie! First, let’s talk numbies! The Simpsons seriously raked in the D’Oh. The movie brought in an estimated $71.8 million over the weekend, making it the 3rd highest opening for an animated film ever… behind only Shrek! They’re defs partying down in Springfield. Okay, let’s get all Siskel and Ebert, shall we?!?

Britterz is at it again! I seriously wanna write about the wholesomeness of celebutantes, but these girls just keep serving me up juicy richness on a plate of crazy! Okay, so after Brittez had a wild couple of days in Vegas… Um, her bodyguard beat up some guy… Now she’s doing a Showgirlz move by pole dancing for an upcoming video for her single “Give Me More.” Um, what happened to “Get Back”? Anyhoot, Britterz, clearly vying to be the Next Pussycat Doll (sarz China), I guess was super crazy on the vid shoot. This could all be gossip, but sources are reporting that she was really unfocused, kept sobbing (WTH?), went on 2 massages during the shoot (WTH-2?), drank like 20 red bulls and chain smoked! Then, when it was time for her pole dance scene, I guess she really tanked and then bolted the shoot in tears! Thus, the shoot was a total bust… No cops included! I’m really worried (again) for Britney! I think she should just move to Iowa and take a like a year off to farm and be with the kidz!

Du, duh… Du duh… Du duh! Yep, it’s my fave time of the summer, it’s SHARK WEEK on the Discovery Channel! As you know, sharks are like my totes fave animal, evah! Totally afraid of them, but luv ‘em just the same! You gotta have respect for such an amazing creature like a shark! I’ve been seeing previews for Shark Week at the movies for the past couple of week and was sooo excited that it finally debuted last night. Can you even believe that Shark Week is the longest running special on cable TV… This is its 20th anniversary! And last night I caught the premiere show, Ocean of Fear! It was about the worst documented shark attack in human history when the USS Indianapolis sank off the Philippines during WW2. There was like over a thousand soldiers that went into the water that night, but only a few hundred were rescued 4 days later. It was interesting, yes they were in shark infested waters, but the pseudo-documentary went on to say that most of the soldiers died because they drank the salt water and went crazy, not from shark attacks! Yikes, don’t drink salt water, kay! The most interesting bit of info I gathered last night was that only 4 peeps are killed per year from sharks but over 40 million sharks are killed each year from people!

What came first, the chicken or the cute? I have to say, these 3 items are prolly like my all time faves! We sold the undy rug and egg rug a few years ago and I always kicked myself for not getting them both! Well, they’re back and the HI-larity is still fresh! I think I’m gonna put the Undy in my bathroom and the Egg in my kitchen and just watch the catz crack up! You also gotta check out the staple-free magic staplers. They use NO staples… So, they’re a more environmentally conscience choice. They do this magical thing by cutting and intertwining the sheets of paper… It’s totes cool! Okay dude, go decorate your dorm!!!

That’s right my friends, Nicole was sentenced to 4 days in jail yesterday after pleading GUILTY to DUI charges! Can you even believe this? Parz just got outta jail like one month ago and now Nicz is goin’ in, Jeez! It gets worse, she also agreed to serve a 3 year probation term and has to enroll in an alcohol education program. AND she was fined $2,048 – WTHull?!? Who came up with that crazy amount? Anyhoot, Nicz has to start serving her time by September 28th. The babe-inz is due in January, FYI!!! Ooh, I’m sure Lionel isn’t dancing on the ceiling about this one! Well, at least she looked supes glamorous in her signature Nicole sunglasses as she headed into court with her luvah (and baby daddy) Joel Madden. I love her Holly Golightly meets Jackie O look! And I have to give it to Joel, he cleans up pretty good! And I know it’s kinda weird, but I’m really into the courtroom sketches. They’re so high fash! I love how they captured Joel’s cockateau! Well, at least Britterz have never been busted… Yet!

Two great tastes that taste great together. “Funny running into you here,” is I’m sure what Posh and Bex said when they ran into Queen Latifah while shopping in Bev Hillz this week! Queen looks totes cazsh while Posh is all done up, as usual! Check those friggin’ heelz! I’m sure they were all singing my fave hits from the Hairspray soundtrack… Like “Without Love”, “You can’t stop the beat” and “Big, Blonde & Beautiful!” I also have really fun Posh news. I just found out that Posh is gonna be guest starring in an upcoming ep of Ugly Betty! OMG, I’m so excited. I hope that Amanda and Marc are in every scene with Vix… Genius move ABC!
