Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez is in Europe for promo and took a day out of her busy schedule to check out Paris today with a pal. The duo hit up the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, and gave famously-fashionable Parisians a run for their money in the style department. I love the way Selena’s red scarf pops against her grey jacket, and her bestie’s risky biz sunnies are a classic hit. All that’s missing is a sharp pouch to keep their vacation snaps safe! It looks like they’re having a blast…hey Selena, can I come next time?

For the past four years, the Washington Post has held an annual Peeps Diorama Contest, and oh. em. gee. This seriously has to be my favorite contest ever held in the history of contests! Ever since I was a kid, I have been completely fascinated by dioramas, and anyone who knows me, knows I am THE candy queen. This years competition drew over 1,100 entries, and I’m totally loving the winner. Up was one of my favorite movies last year, and this amazing marshmallow hot-air balloon is Oscar-worthy in it’s own right! To check out more of the finalists, click here. Erykah Badu was in Dallas, TX filming her video for her new song “Window Seat”. During the video, Erykah stripped down, in the same location that President John F Kennedy was assassinated. Towards the end of the video, when she was naked as the day she was born, you hear a gun shot and she falls to the floor, and what seems to be purple blood comes out of her head. I’m guessing this is a “statement” that I didn’t really get, but it almost landed her in jail! She said, after filming, that there were kids around and all she could think was “I’m praying that these kids don’t get traumatized!”

I have to hand it to the True Blood marketing peeps. There are still 74 more days until the vampire show comes back and I’m already dying to see it! (F)Locke seems to have the same problem that we do, because when he loses possession of one his half of the Kwons, he declares War on Widmore. But he has a wild card. He’s calling it “The Package,” and it’s bound to make things very interesting.

Hey peeps! Okay, the logo may be totes busted but I’m completely obsessed with my new iPhone app, FourSquare! Is anybody out there familiar with it? Basically, you check in at all the various places in your life, gathering points as you go, leaving tips for your fave restaurants and such and challenging your friends to a dual for “mayor”! Who’s willing to challenge me at mayor-dom of the Fred Flare store? I dare ya… Yup, Big Brother’s watching and I like it!

Always been a HUGE fan of the Chipmunks! My all time favorite kids movie is “The Chipmunks Adventure” because of the amazing songs and the adorable Chipettes. I came across this hilarious video of full grown adults doing “The Girls & Boys of Rock n’ Roll” Literally LOL-ed at my desk! This was exactly the idea that Jen, Chaunte and I had for our Halloween costume!

Ladies over 21 watch out, Hello Kitty has wine on the market! There will be 4 types of wine, Hello Kitty Angel White, Sparkling Brut Rosé, Sparkling “Sweet Pink”, and Devil Red. The bottles will range from $19.99 to $29.99. Check your local wine shop within the next couple of month to see if their available. This might be dangerous, mixing my two loves of wine and Hello Kitty.

Ricky Martin announced on his website that he is officially gay and proud of it! After years and years of holding it in because he was afraid of what it might do to his image, Ricky finally let it all loose! This is what he had to say about it on his website:
“This is just what I need especially now that I am the father of two beautiful boys that are so full of light and who with their outlook teach me new things every day. To keep living as I did up until today would be to indirectly diminish the glow that my kids where born with. Enough is enough. This has to change. This was not supposed to happen 5 or 10 years ago, it is supposed to happen now. Today is my day, this is my time, and this is my moment.”
He ended the statement with the best line ever: “I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am.” Yippy Ricky! You go live La Vida Loca!
