BOOYAH, IT’S HOLIDAY TIME SO THAT MEANS GIFT GUIDE TIME! OK, so tea is a big part of my life. In fact, I’m pretty sure at least 67% of my day comprises of me makin’ it, drinkin’ it, or thinkin’ about which kind of tea to drink next. You may not have someone in your circle of friends as crazy about tea as yours truly, but I’m sure someone you know enjoys it thoroughly… OR you know someone that should really kick the coffee habit and figure this is a nice way to break it to them. It’s was a sad day in Hollywood on Sunday… The comedy king, Leslie Nielsen passed away at a Florida hospital from pneumonia. He was surrounded by friends and family. Our hearts are with his loved ones at this sad time… I know I’ll be watching Airplane on repeat for the next couple weeks!

My favorite movie ever is The Three Lives of Thomasina. In Scotland a little girl named Mary lives with her widowed Veterinarian father and her orange tabby Cat, Thomasina. Mary is played by Karen Dotrice. Mary’s bestie is played by Matthew Garber. I just love that they went from playing siblings as Jane and Michael Banks in Mary Poppins to bff’s here! Note: Thomasina’s Cat body double is swirley instead of stripey. Most amusing. Who needs continuity when you have darling scenes like Mary dressing Thomasina in a bonnet, pushing her in an old-fashioned stroller and dining at the family table in a bib?! The Three Lives of Thomasina is a sweet film about the magical healing power of a Cat’s love. What’s your favorite Cat Film?
