Wow i’m totally shocked!!! i didn’t believe it when i first heard!!!!

ugh… wow. very unexpected there are like no words to even say.

Out of every celebrity it had to be him. This is so unexpected.

i found out about an hour and half ago, and i have pretty much just finished calling all my friends. im currently watching 10 Things I Hate About You and he is SO gorgeous. like, he had the most beautiful smile in the world, and now, oh god…. poor matilda D=

The story is that he was at MK’s apartment [even though she's at Sundance..?] anyway this happened RIDICULOUSLY close to where I live. Like less than 15 blocks.

For some reason this is so deeply tragic, so much more than I expected. And I had no idea he was as big in the states as here in Australia. Heath was an amazing, amazing person. When I was little my Mum explained to me that some people in your life are like shooting stars. They’re only here briefly, but they shine so brightly and are so beautiful and special to see. Heath Ledger was a shooting star, and he’s gone too soon.

Jane… I don’t think it’s right to imply that it would have been better for Britney or Amy to die. A death is a death and it’s tragic all the same.

I was definitely shocked by this news today. He was such a talented actor who was not afraid to take on challenging roles. He’ll be missed by his family, friends, and fans.

It is very sad to know that such a talented actor has breathed his last. He will be missed

At barely three years old, I lost my dad. I feel for Matilda. God bless her. She does have movies to remember what he was like, but will never know what he could have been.

so crazy. i always thought heath was one of the more “normal” celebrities and never saw anything like this coming! so odd too because i was so looking forward to the new batman movie, and now it’ll just be weird..

Matilda is lucky she has so many great movies to remember her dad with in the coming years, unlike someone whos parents pass away and they have nothing, not even a photo.

This is really sad. And very shocking. I only watched Broke back mountain for the first time less than a week ago.

The news just blindsided me. Talk about a shock. He was one of my favorite young actors and it’s so depressing. I feel for his friends and family, especially for his young daughter. God speed, Heath. We’ll miss you.

so sad…poor heath and little matilda

this is awful. heath was awesome..my thoughts and prayers goes to his family. it’s such a tragic loss to lose somebody who was amazing at wat he does. i feel horrible for his daughter.

almost six months later and it still hasnt sunk in…and i didnt even know him. RIP, Heath <3

omg! i was so upset! He had a huge carrer leap cause of dark knight and now he can’t enjoy it! so sad

at least he won his award though i actually watched the whole golden globes just to see if heath would win…it was kinda a given though
