Aw, gorgeous and super talented… That betch! Well, we have yet another starlet that’s crossing over from the silver screen to the mic. This time it’s Zooey Deschanel who’s striking out on the vocals with her new band, She & Him with singer-songwriter M. Ward (Matt Ward). Their first record, “Volume 1″ drops this month and is packed out with retro style tunes that are reminiscent of Dusty Springfield, Ronnie Spector and the Zombies! Oh, I just love when actors start bands. I mean, I was Rick Springfield’s first offish fan and I’m also the #1 fan of Keanu Reeves’ band, Dogstar! Okay, check out She & Him’s song “Why Do You Let Me Stay Here?”, I think it’s really pretty… Way better than Heidi’s hawt dramatic mess. Let me know whatcha think!
