This weekend I went to Queens to check out the Museum of the Moving Image with my friend who was visiting from California, and I had a great time! Just look at this awesome retro TV lounge – SO fun.

The museum has tons of costumes from famous movies, lots of old cameras, and a bunch of interactive exhibits that teach you about all things film, TV, and animation. I especially loved this old movie camera – it uses three different rolls of film that later overlap to create super saturated color!

Most importantly, they also have the mask from Mrs. Doubtfire. Come on guys, CINEMATIC HISTORY.
