My BFF Ron from college treated me to a concert last Tuesday and we had an absolute BLAST! He and I were lucky enough to catch Best Coast at a completely sold out Terminal 5. The duo is fronted by amazing singer-guitarist Bethany Cosentino, who sounded exactly as she does on the albums... if not better. The California surf-pop is the kind of music that makes you feel super warm and fuzzy inside. The only thing that would have made the show even more perfect would be if it were on a beach.
Bethany is a true California girl who is in love with her home state... she even dedicated her band name and 2nd album to California.
