This weekend I trekked all the way upstate (on the blue line, what even is that?) with a few folks to go to this really cool multidisciplinary art, dance, and music festival in Wassaic NY. First of all, the scenery and buildings up there are so beautifully rustic – just check out the crazy 8 story barn above, every floor of which was filled with art exhibits and installations!

There were also several really cool typographic works, which of course I went gaga for completely.

But most importantly, there was this adorable horse. Keep out sign or not, this dude was clearly looking for some love – which I happily provided.

Anyways, it was a lovely way to spend a nice summer day. Definitely be sure to check it out next year if you’re around, or look into some of their artist residency programs!
