As you may know, Keith and I bolted out of town on Friday to celebrate our 12 yr anniversary at our fave upstate getaway… Kate’s Lazy Meadow! Before heading out to Kate’s, there was something super important that we had to take care of… Sex and the City. I mean, I couldn’t miss the biggest movie premiere of the year, riiight? So, we saw Sex at 1PM, in New Jersey, at the mall! Before the movie started we had lunch in the food court and Keith even bought a pair of checkered Vans at Hot Topic. When in Rome.

Sex and the City has a special place in my heart. Not only ’cause it’s the best TV show ever but because I’m in a few eps. That’s right, I was an extra during the very last season!!! I even had my bestie Lulu be an extra with me once and you can read all about our experience here. Okay, so I have to admit, I’d read some poor reviews so I was a little nervous going into it. But the Sex was hawt. I laughed, I cried, it was better than Cats. Keith and I were defs the rowdiest group in the theater… I think all the moms and college students were like “who are those 2 gays and what the hull are they doing in Jersey?” Anhoot, I don’t wanna give it away but the movie was incred and everyone else thought so too ’cause Sex brought in some mega numbers at the box office, $55.7 million to be exact. Sex sells for sure!
