Ninjas are kind of/totally my favorite thing. Not only are they generally super cool, but they have a ton of amazing skills and are way stealthy! Not to mention throwing stars…

It should come as no surprise, then, that my BFF and I dressed up as ninjas for Halloween when we were in high school! We made our costumes ourselves, had twin-bladed swords, and looked awesome. So awesome, in fact, that I may or may not have worn my ninja costume to school at least once. On not-Halloween.

I am still not quite sure what I’m going to be this Halloween, but I’m definitely going to be baking up a batch of Ninjabread Men Cookies to nibble on whilst reliving my past costume triumphs!
