We just got a new flavor of Space Ice Cream, so of course everyone in the office had to try some for an after-lunch snack. Mint Chocolate Chip is definitely my favorite so far, and eating it brings back memories of museums and planetariums from my elementary school years. After all, one of my favorite parts was hitting up the gift shop for weird educational goodies!
