Oh no, not this again. Heather Locklear is the latest celeb to get bust for a little drinky-drinky drivey-drivey. Heather was pulled over Saturday by CHIPs after she left a Santa Barbara parking lot and then proceeded to drive erratically. She may have been wasted on prescription drugs.
