It takes 21 days to form a new habit, but since today is Ditch New Year’s Resolutions Day, it seems most people are running out of steam by Day 17. Luckily, we’re here with the stuff you need to stay on track! Here’s our picks for a couple of the most common resolutions.

1. Eat healthy & exercise regularly

Cook a healthy snack with some new kitchen tools, pack it to go, then sweat it out at the gym listening to some sweet tunes through a fun pair of headphones.

2. Drink less

That shot glass can be used for wheatgrass, too. But hey, our doctor says it’s cool to booze it up in moderation.

3. Learn something new

Speaking a second language will come in handy if you’re a survivor of the zombie apocalypse. Or commit to something less daunting than a new vocabulary and step up your facial hair game by growing a super ‘stache.

Even if you never set foot in the gym again, treat yourself with something for sticking it out this far!
