OMFG you guys… Barack Obama totes won yesterday’s historically epic election. He’ll be the 44th President of the U.S.A starting in January 2009! Keith and I were so excited this morning when we heard the news that we both started crying. It’s a great day in the neighborhood! Ooh, I bet Oprah’s beside herself. Congrats Bamz!!! Thanks America for making the best decision ever! It’s about effing time. Ch-ch-changes are coming…

comment by Cassie — November 5, 2008I was so happy he won! I watched CNN religiously from 2pm – 9pm. My mom and I both cried and cheered for joy when obama won. I’m actually so excited, Obama has such fresh innovative ideas and he’s going to put the wheels into motion and promote change!

but american politics are so much more fascinating than ours. Plus the american election also has a huge impact on Canada
