Today is National Pie Day. I’m a big fan of pie (and Pi, but that day’s not until March!) and this time of year I eat at least a slice of apple pie every day. It’s just so darn delicious!
To celebrate this most glorious of holidays, though, I may have to stop in at my fave diner after work and have a slice of cherry pie (my all-time fave kind of pie) and a cup of coffee. What’s your favorite kind of pie?
