
Ralph Lauren‘s F/W 2013 collection brought Victorian England into the 21st century in the chicest way possible. Featuring newsboy caps, luxurious ruffles, dashing bows, and velvet upon velvet, these amazing looks are anything but buttoned up. I’m also loving the nineties vibe that some of the dresses are rockin’.
