She graces the cover of the Vogue Feb 2009 issue and talks about her life as a Gossip Girl queen bee. And Hopefully, she’ll dish on her true life romance with Lonely Boy, Penn Badgley. No matter what she says, one thing is for sure… she’s got the look of an Upper East Side classic beauty!
