Hey peeps, hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day, filled to the brim with heaps of luvin’! Didja do anything fun? Fancy dinner? Romantic date night? Special gifts or a ring-a-ding-ding? Deetz, deetz! Well, Keith and I had a lovely Heart-Day. This’ll be hard to believe, but we never really celebrate Valentine’s Day at home… Shocking, right? Well this year we sure did. We checked into The Standart Hotel, a brand-new hotel that opened a few blocks from our house in New York’s Meatpacking District. Only a few floors are functioning, the restaurant and swimming pool are still under construction… But the views are spectak AND the room service is FEE’UZ. I had the best evening ever, complete with a cheeseplate, N/A, a Baz Lurhmann festival (3 hours in Australia anyone) and my fave babe! It’s just a few minz from our house but totally and completely a different world… In the sky!
That sounds like so much fun! The Standard looks and sounds quite swell, despite the fact that it’s not quite 100% rolling yet. I had a pretty chill V-Day, which was just a-OK with me! xoxo, Bee
