The trainspotter anorak is one of my fave purchases that I've made lately, especially because I can totally rock it no matter what the weather's like outside. On those warmer days I can just toss it on over a long sleeved tee and be fine, but it also looks great on top of tons of sweaters on many-degrees-below-freezing days like today! And the fun won't end when the snow stops fallin', as evidenced by this great shot from the Sartorialist! Granted, I can't even think about leaving the house without at least a pair of tights on this time of year, but once the temperature begins to rise again I'm definitely going to be taking major inspiration from this look.
Start with the trainspotter anorak, pop on a pair on Carrie sunglasses 'cause your future's so bright, a faux-lex watch (what time is it? Cute o'clock!), and grab a copy of Fifth Avenue, 5AM to read, 'cause who says your reading material can't be as stylish as you are?
